In short, I experienced some problems upon moving into the property last September and Beckie, whilst she couldn't do very much due to the restrictions of your management of that particular flat, did endeavour to aid me as much as possible and was incredibly professional throughout. Give her a massive raise or a promotion!

Aside from my personal experence I can confirm that my colleagues and I have experienced dealing with both Beckie and Zorro (Ghura) on a professional level and found them to be very helpful. As our roles are reasonably similar it's not often that thanks get passed along and in this case it is most definately worth it.

For the past nine months Clifftons have been managing my large studio flat on the outskirts of Bournemouth.

A pro-active, out of the box approach by a lettings company is unusual, but in Clifftons case exists in droves.

Polite, friendly, forward thinking, and fair are the four key things that I believe that Clifftons bring to the table.

These questions were raised by a first time Landlord to one of our more experienced landlords:

..."I am about to sign up for their fully managed service and they have already found me a candidate tenant. I just wanted to check before the final signing that they are a good agent to work with. Could you let me know what you think of their service? Are there any things to watch out for? Do you believe they are reasonable when it comes to evaluating deductions from the tenants deposit on check-out? Do they handle disputes well? Have they had to resolve any problems with faults?"...

The response from our landlord was:
...On the whole the agents are very positive to work with and more importantly if you find there are any errors they are more than willing to sort them out quickly. Kim Bartlett is qualified (MARLA) and provides a very good service overall.

"I keep a close eye on dates of payment due, inspections, and re-tenanting myself but find Clifftons are on the same wavelength with me, as all in diarised by Kim." The one real problem I have had is that payments were initially a little late (by only up to 4 days) but once I mentioned it to Kim she has ensured that every month payments are made for the due date."

..."I have had several dealings with a couple of agencies and I have now put all of my properties with them - I would say with confidence that overall Kim is very professional and efficient in her dealings - if not, at any stage, then if you let her know she will deal with any query quickly and if she makes any errors she will rectify them."...
